Sakurai Futamigaura
Sakurai Futamigaura, one of Itoshima City’s most iconic scenic spots.
Its defining features are the white torii gate that appears to float on the sea and the two rocks, large and small, known as the “Meoto Iwa” (Couple Rocks) that stand beyond it. At dusk, the sky and sea turn orange, creating a fantastical, breathtaking view.
