enjoy an aromatic experience with our original fragrance, “Euphoria”.
While gazing at the sparkling sea surface of Itoshima or the setting sun, indulge in the ultimate “totonou”
experience that heals both body and mind.
Aroma Olive's barrel sauna is a special space enveloped in the warmth and fragrance of wood.
As a completely private facility limited to one group per day, you can enjoy your sauna experience
undisturbed and at your leisure.

relaxation. It also strengthens cardiovascular function, improves sensitivity to cold, and offers
skin-beautifying effects.
Euphoria, derived from ancient Greek, denotes a profound sense of well-being and is considered the origin of
the modern word “happiness”.
At our facility, you may enjoy our signature Löyly treatment, where four uniquely developed aromas are
evaporated onto heated stones via ice cubes (aroma water solidified into spherical ice cubes).

We offer free rentals of dedicated ponchos that gently wrap your flushed body after sauna sessions, preventing chills during outdoor air baths. Wearing it during your post-sauna break suppresses sudden drops in body temperature and supports a higher quality of rest.
1.Barrel sauna (8 to 12 minutes)
First, warm your body thoroughly in our Finnish barrel sauna.
Focus on breathing through your nose
and relax as you sit. Aim for deep breathing during the final two minutes to help regulate your
autonomic nervous system. For an even deeper relaxation effect, incorporate an “aroma löyly” according
to your mood.
2.Cold water bath (1–2 minutes)
Once your body has warmed up, proceed to the cold bath using well water. Take your time immersing yourself until your heart rate stabilises. Submerging up to your neck enhances the refreshing sensation. After the sauna, the cold water tightens your blood vessels, spreading a pleasant, refreshing feeling throughout your entire body.

3.Fresh air bath (5–10 minutes)
Relax in a deck chair and simply pass the time while gazing at the ocean view spreading with the breeze. By using our free rental sauna poncho, you can prevent post-sauna chills during your outdoor air bath and enjoy a more comfortable experience. You will experience the gentle arrival of "Totonoi" (the sauna high). The key is to clear your mind and just space out.
4.Repeat 2–3 sets
Repeating this sequence two or three times will deepen your sense of calm. Please enjoy it at your own pace, without pushing yourself.
